We recommend starting with our fabric sample pack—it lets you see and feel your options in person. Our site also features a guided selection tool and helpful articles to walk you through the process.

Yes! All of our shades are made to fit your window perfectly. Just enter your exact measurements during checkout—we’ll handle the rest.

Most custom orders ship within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Currently, we ship across the U.S. only. We're working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates!

Mistakes happen—we’re here to help. Contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order to make any adjustments.

We don’t offer installation ourselves, but our shades are designed for easy DIY setup. Every order includes clear instructions, and we have video tutorials to guide you.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns on custom sizes. However, if there’s a defect or issue, we’ll make it right. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
